Hello and Welcome!
Hi, I am Krista Pfohl (fole), a certified Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher and owner of The Awakened Center LLC. In addition to Reiki healing, I also facilitate SEVA for Stress Release Acupressure, Access Bars with Theta Healing, and Sound Healing.
I first found energy healing as a Reiki client while recovering from a surgery in 1998,. Amazed at my experience and rapid healing, I immediately knew that Reiki would be a part of my future.
Years later in September 2005, I was attuned to give Reiki. Over time, I learned to work with energy and Luna Frequency Reiki was established in August, 2014 and in 2019 the creation of The Awakened Center.
Motivated to enhance my knowledge and talents, I obtained certifications for SEVA (Soul Lightening Acupressure), Reiki Master Practitioner, and Reiki Master Teacher. I have most recently added Access Bars and Theta Healing techniques to my combined Reiki and SEVA sessions for a unique and individualized healing experience.
I am passionate about lending my healing and intuitive abilities to my clients' success. I meet each individual at their own level and support their personal path to growth and healing.
