Cancellations and Rescheduling

Life happens and sometimes plans have to be changed.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. This allows us adequate time to schedule another client in that time slot.

Rescheduling can be accomplished via a link your appointment confirmation email.

Customers will be given a full credit (not refund) for any reason in advance of 48 hours of the appointment time.

We reserve the right to keep full (100%) payment for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. At our discretion, we will allow credit to a customer in the case of emergencies or health/illness concerns.

Clients who habitually reschedule may be denied service or be banned from scheduling.
