Sound Bath at The Awakened Center!
Join Krista Pfohl for a deeply immersive sound bath—a gentle yet powerful journey into stillness, where the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, resonant gongs, and harmonic vibrations wash over you like waves of sound.
As your guide, Krista creates a nurturing space for you to soften, surrender, and settle into a place of deep rest. Through the subtle yet profound power of sound, you’re invited to quiet the mind, ease the body, and allow emotions to find greater balance and harmony.
There is a quiet magic in this experience. Nothing to force, nothing to figure out—just the opportunity to receive, reconnect, and allow yourself to be carried by the sounds. As the vibrations unfold around you, you may discover a profound sense of peace, a renewed connection to yourself, and the gentle reminder that sometimes the most powerful shifts happen in the subtlest ways.
Gentle in its approach, profound in its invitation. Come as you are, settle in, and let Krista guide you on a journey back to the stillness and peace within.
