A time of expansion and growth
My name is Krista Pfohl and welcome to A Resonant Heart.
In 2013, when I began consciously walking this path of spiritual growth, I never imaged the life I live today. A Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Therapist, Intuitve healer, business owner. I know it sounds cliche but it is so true. Although I was attuned to Reiki in 2005, having that spark of interest lit back in 1998, today I sit back in awe of how my life has evolved to this point.
I am grateful.
Reiki was my first major calling to step into the public realm as a metaphysical practioner and business owner. The awareness of my intuitive abilities unfolded in perfect tandem with the Reiki practice. Working with clients helped me tune in and grow, all while clearing the path for rest of my journey.
It was Reiki and a love of crystals that led me to our first crystal bowl. I say “our first” but in truth, the bowl was a gift to my husband Jim, as we both enjoyed playing them at the rock shops. I was called to play this bowl for my clients at the end of the Reiki session and I’m so glad he agreed!
I am blessed.
With the excitement of my dear friends Moira and Niomi, the exploration into sound baths began, growing over the next 11 years. From playing as a trio to becoming a solo musician, to a collaborator with Breathwork, Reiki, Shamanic Journeys, and Yoga, The Awakened Center continues to evolve. Let’s not forget about the addition of Theta Healing, Access Bars and Intuitive Play classes! I am absolutely blessed to continue this path of exploration and joyful expression.
Today I stand at a new threshold. Just weeks ago I announced a new service: SoundBody Therapy- Vibrational Cell Massage. This modality is a completely new take on massage and vibrational healing with therapeutic grade singing bowls made by Peter Hess. (More on this to come!) As I trained, I saw the full potential to help people with chronic pain, depression, anxiety and other physical and emotional stagnation.
I am in awe.
As I write this first post today, which happens to be one of the most pivotal astrological days of the year, (July 29, 2026) I can SEE The Awakened Center expanding. I don’t know when, I don’t know all the details but I can feel the energy. I am perched atop a new vista. And I AM SO EXCITED!
New offerings, new collaborations, corporate and staff wellness are all coming into creation in the foreseeable future.
